Job Summary
This position will serve as the primary lead in the management of approximately 78 grants for the Department, supervising three subordinate positions. The successful candidate will work closely with section grant managers to gather information for submission to Clearinghouse and submit all necessary documentation for processing through FSF.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all processes from pre-award through grant close-out, including reporting and requests for reimbursement.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations.
- Provide backup to the Fiscal Administrator as needed.
Requirements
- Four years' experience in compiling, analyzing, and reporting on financial data.
- Two years' experience in analyzing financial problems and developing solutions.
- Coursework, training, or work experience in budget management and control.
- Coursework, training, or work experience in staff supervision.
Conditions of Hire
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The State of Delaware Executive Branch participates in the Federal E-Verify system.
