Job Summary:

U-Haul is seeking a skilled Reservation Agent to support our team in providing exceptional customer service and equipment reservation management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships with reservation placement and equipment distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with calls from and to customers, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management, ensuring efficient placement and distribution.
  • Review reports to aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and availability.
  • Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word, and email.
  • Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
