Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Hybrid Virtual Sales Representative. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and market share objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with experience in oncology or cell and gene therapy. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and previous virtual sales experience is essential. Additionally, the ability to learn scientific information and educate others is crucial for this role.

As a sales representative, you will work alongside client field counterparts to increase share of voice, create access, and drive product demand across various healthcare professionals. You will develop a sound understanding of the relevant product(s) and disease(s) to lead engaging conversations with medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside client field counterparts to increase share of voice, create access, and drive product demand across various healthcare professionals
  • Develop a sound understanding of the relevant product(s) and disease(s) to lead engaging conversations with medical professionals
  • Facilitate account management skills, including account planning, field resource coordination, close support customer education and promotion needs, and reporting
  • Demonstrate effectiveness working independently and in team environments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Previous virtual sales experience required
  • 2+ years pharmaceutical sales experience required, preferably with oncology or cell and gene therapy experience
  • Strong technical acumen with ability to make an impact through multiple marketing channels
  • Strong clinical aptitude as demonstrated by documented sales results

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
