The role of an Administrative Assistant is a vital position within our organization, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill this critical role. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our professionals, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, calendars, and logistics needs on behalf of the team, as well as interfacing with other assistants and stakeholders through written and verbal correspondence. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for owning all logistics and scheduling for client activities, including lunches, dinners, and meetings.

We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist within a professional or financial services environment. Prior experience working within a global firm is highly desirable, but not essential. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and be able to quickly adapt to in-house systems.

A college degree is preferred, and exceptional attention to detail, calm methodical approach, excellent time management and organizational skills are essential for this role. Experience dealing with business stakeholders at all levels within an organization is also required. We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated individual who can identify effective solutions and solve problems efficiently.

This position requires administrative assistant, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, managing schedules, calendar, logistics, and financial clients. Salary: $42 per hour. Location: Hudson, NY. Duration: 5 months.
