As a key member of the Citigroup team, you will play a critical role in driving change and implementing operations strategy. The Operations Optimization and Enablement team is responsible for rapidly scaling programs of work that will redefine core operations architecture and the processes they support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Lean and/or Six Sigma methods to design and implement process efficiencies.
- Understand and translate root cause analysis of Operational Risk and look to solve issues through process re-engineering.
- Provide direction and oversight to project teams to design and implement solutions that meet applicable business requirements.
- Measure process improvement benefits after changes are implemented.
- Develop tracking tools and measures to support Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Develop business case justification for projects and initiatives.
- Establish and drive productivity and process improvement pipelines across the firm.
- Benchmark performance across teams to identify areas of opportunity and share best practice.
- Challenge the status quo to find ways to optimize performance to deliver results.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of operations strategy and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
