Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our Global Customer Organization (GCO) as an Order Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strategies and client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, ensuring product performance meets customer expectations, and collecting requirements for future products by understanding customer processes and technology trends. If you have a proven track record in customer-facing roles, possess excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) databases
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and close sales opportunities through effective communication and negotiation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and corporate offerings
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to inform product development and improvement initiatives
- Participate in training and professional development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in administrative or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM databases and other software tools used in customer service operations
