Senior Software Solutions Architect

Position Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions that drive business growth and improvement. Your expertise in Angular, C#, and Vue will enable you to tackle complex challenges and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, conceptualize, configure, and build solutions that solve common business challenges using technological tools and programs.
  • Conduct research and requirement gathering to determine customer needs and drive strategy and oversee the development process from an operational perspective.
  • Act as a subject matter expert providing advice, support, and guidance as needed and serve as a mentor to colleagues.
  • Write code for software programs and applications, working with classes, using inheritance and virtualization, and following best programming practices.
  • Perform complex research and advanced analysis; find/create best solutions to stakeholder requests or problems; identify the best method or tool to develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with and mentor peers on development and solution strategy; regular code reviews and pull requests; team partnership to identify efficient and effective scalable product solutions.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings to conduct requirements gathering; maintain communication with stakeholders during solution development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Completion of a technical training program (e.g., LaunchCode, FDM, etc.) may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • Healthcare experience a plus.
  • One or more of the following technical skills: Angular, C#, Java.

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
