We are seeking a skilled Part Time Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Chattooga County, GA. As a key member of our Home-based Medical Care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting healthy outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, develop personalized care plans, and provide ongoing care to patients
  • Collaborate with Physician Leaders and coordinate with Primary Care Physicians as needed
  • Provide basic procedures of episodic nursing care, including IV placement, blood draws, injections, foley catheters, nasal packing, and basic wound care

Requirements
  • Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
  • Current, unrestricted NP licensure in the State of Practice
  • Nurse Practitioner must actively hold, unrestricted RN licensure in the State of Practice
  • Access to reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in primary care, home-based medical care, geriatrics, palliative care, emergency/urgent care, or similar setting
  • Proven knowledge of long-term care, community resources, and cost-effective alternatives regarding patient care delivery systems
  • Proven knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPC codes
  • Proven knowledge of clinical standards of care
  • Demonstrated awareness of NCQA requirements, CMS guidelines, Medicaid/Medicare contracts, and benefit systems

Estimated Salary: $3,500 - $4,000 per month
