Senior Non-Profit Leader

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization in achieving its mission of supporting the Second Amendment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of strategic leadership, fundraising expertise, and collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

About the Role:

• Lead the development and implementation of the organization's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the organization's operations, including finance, human resources, and program development.
• Cultivate and secure funding from various sources, including grants, donations, and sponsorships.
• Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization, representing our brand and values externally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in senior non-profit leadership or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the firearms industry or a related field.
• Familiarity with grant writing and management.
• Knowledge of non-profit best practices and regulations.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
