Job Overview

Nova Health is seeking an experienced Medical Professional to join their team. As a Central Staffing and Scheduling float pool Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing safe and quality patient care in various settings.

This role requires flexibility, with nurses assigned to different units during their shifts to ensure patients receive the best care possible. The successful candidate will possess skills, competency, and qualifications to work in at least three facilities within a defined market: Greater Charlotte or Greater Winston-Salem. This group shall be known as the Local Resource Team - RN.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality patient care in a variety of settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Demonstrate independence, rule consciousness, social boldness, and change readiness
- Serve as reliable consultants and mentors to clinical nurses and share lessons across teams to advance nursing practice throughout Nova Health

Requirements

- 2-year Associate Degree or higher in Nursing required
- Consecutive year experience within a defined specialty (Med Surg, Tele, Critical Care, ED or Women's) required
- Current compact licensure in appropriate state required
- NC state-approved curricula for restrictive interventions within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units required

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive salaries and benefits packages, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Our salary range for this position is approximately $80,000-$110,000 per year.
