- We are seeking a skilled Resident Care Nurse to join our team at Century Park Associates.">
About the Role:
">The Resident Care Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Deliver medication programs, including accurate recording of medication assistance records (MARs) and providing hands-on medication assistance to residents.">
- Perform treatments according to physician orders and take vital signs as required.">
- Chart relevant information about residents and update physicians on changes in resident condition.">
- Take physician orders, transcribe new orders to medication sheets, and chart accordingly.">
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and respond to call lights and other requests.">
- Provide report to staff for the next shift and assist the Resident Care Director with supervisory responsibilities.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- A minimum of one year experience in senior care, with a strong background in nursing practices and procedures.">
- Current First Aid certification (if required by State) and CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.">
- An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.">
Additional Requirements:

- Maintain expert knowledge in the field of practice and exercise independent judgment when necessary.">
- Be knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions in post-acute care facilities.">
- Implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the nursing department.">
Salary Information:
">The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
