Senior Land Surveyor

We are seeking a Senior Land Surveyor - Project Manager to lead and manage projects in the Catskills and Hudson Valley area. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a top organization with great earning potential and employee ownership.

• Manage own projects and clients, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
• Mentor and lead a team of professionals in project management, guiding them towards successful outcomes.
• Develop and implement project strategies, including proposal writing, client relations, and contractor management.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate closely with owners on multiple projects, driving projects forward and achieving goals.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional land survey experience, with a proven track record of project management success.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing teams and mentoring junior staff members.
• Demonstrated expertise in calculations, determinations, reviews, and project delivery.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2004 and Civil 3D, as well as other relevant technologies.
• A valid Land Surveyor License.
