About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Cowboy Chicken. As a Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading our hourly team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and interact with guests, creating a welcoming environment for each visit.
  • Prepare the restaurant to meet high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Accept responsibility and accountability for actions, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
  • Arrive early and prepared, willing to stay past scheduled time if necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Two years of experience in a supervisor position.
  • Two years of Quick Service restaurant experience.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Benefits and Compensation
