We are currently seeking an HR Coordinator - Kroc Center Ministry to join our team at The Salvation Army Eastern Territory.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and wants to make a difference in their community. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Ministry Director in managing personnel functions at our Kroc Center location.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 2+ years of progressive administrative experience, preferably in the HR field. A strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including affordable health insurance options, generous paid time off and holidays, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

  • Maintaining accurate employment records and administering policies as directed by Divisional Headquarters
