Hematology Oncologist Opportunity in a Growing Practice

We are seeking an experienced Hematology Oncologist to join our growing practice in Richmond, Indiana. This is a permanent position with a competitive compensation package.
About the PracticeOur hematology oncology practice is part of a 217-bed regional referral center, providing top-notch quality and technology. We have a well-rounded medical staff of over 200 physicians, offering a range of specialties and sub-specialties. Our heart surgery program received the highest rating from the Society of Thoracic Surgeons, placing us in the top 13% nationally.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $250,000 to $300,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus of $60,000 and student loan repayment of $100,000. Our benefits package includes full hospital benefits and a state-of-the-art clinic.
About the RoleAs a Hematology Oncologist with our practice, you will work alongside two other physicians and four nurse practitioners, providing care to patients in a supportive and collaborative environment. Your typical week will include four patient days and one administration day, with a manageable call schedule of 1:3 weeks. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of 20-25 existing patients and 2-3 new patients per provider, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in medicine or equivalent
- Board certification in Hematology Oncology
- Experience in hematology oncology preferred
