We're seeking a talented Restaurant Leader to join our team at Jason's Deli. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Lead a team of hourly employees to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Foster open communication with employees, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work culture

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the food service industry
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
