The Opportunity
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement behavioral programs that help students acquire the skills necessary to be independent in daily functions. You will ensure that services are directed towards meaningful outcomes for the individuals served.

About the Role
This is a flexible 20-hour per week position with opportunities to increase hours based on student and school needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving students with special needs, believes in their potential to learn, and is committed to improving outcomes for students.

Responsibilities
- Promote effective interpersonal relations with students
- Maintain records of students and prepare periodic reports as required
- Plan evidence-based interventions appropriate for individual students and groups of students
- Conduct assessments and adjust intervention strategies based on student performance and data collection
- Analyze and interpret information to make relevant school-based recommendations regarding the need for educational services
- Manage facilities, materials, and equipment necessary to the delivery of services
- Coordinate behavioral services with student services provided by other school personnel
- Provide appropriate information through consultation, trainings, and/or professional development
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on students' strengths and needs

Qualifications
- Must hold certification as a BCBA or BCaBA
- Adheres to established rules, regulations, laws, and ethical standards
- Demonstrates awareness of professional performance in due process matters and litigious environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred
