About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team at the State of Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating front-end phases of contracting and grant-making processes across multiple program lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direction, management, and coordination of all front-end phases of contracting and grant-making processes.
  • Manage pre-award, award, and contracting phases of the contracting process.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
