Mental Health Support Specialist

As a Mental Health Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing direct care and support to individuals in need. This position requires a passionate and dedicated individual who can work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Job DescriptionThis is a full-time/part-time opportunity to join our team at Brightli as a Mental Health Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Active participation in the treatment team, ensuring program compliance and adherence to medication policies.
- Assisting in the admission/orientation process, including obtaining vital signs if applicable, safety searches of clients/patients and belongings, and collecting necessary urine/lab specimens for testing.
- Providing client education and support, assisting with daily activities as needed, and offering transportation assistance when required.
We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients/patients. Previous experience in behavioral health or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Requirements- High School education or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years of responsible employment history.
