Job Description
As an Executive Support Specialist, you will be accountable for managing administrative tasks for key members of the Executive Leadership staff. This includes proactive calendar management, composing correspondence and communication, arranging complex travel plans, compiling documents, and handling expense reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the executive staff with internal and external commitments related to meetings, appointments, and planning.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, manage itineraries, and process travel expenses.
  • Conduct research and assemble material for presentations and reports.
  • Review, route, answer, and monitor follow-up actions on correspondence.
  • Draft memoranda and prepare/distribute announcements to Sensience employees.
  • Communicate with the general staff on behalf of the executive leadership staff and coordinate logistics of high-level meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
You will need at least 5-7 years of experience in an executive administration role. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. You should be proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additionally, you must have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and with discretion.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
