Key Responsibilities:

Operate the Coordinate Measuring Machine to ensure accurate measurements.

Interpret blueprint and/or CAD design to develop CMM computer program techniques for the dimensional inspection process.

Evaluate and create inspection reports of measurement results in required format.

Perform routine in-process dimensional sample inspection of parts and participate in dimensional problem-solving activities.

Support daily production with measurements and CMM run needs.

Prepare metrology reports and other related correspondence.

General support for supplier quality measurements.

Requirements:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex engineering documents.

Ability to comprehend nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, etc.).

Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as Algebra, Trigonometry, and Geometry.
