Tufts Medicine Integrated Network is seeking an Advanced Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a member of our multidisciplinary network, you will work closely with patients and families to provide comprehensive social work services.

Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the delivery of clinical social work services to patients and families in various settings, including inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings. You will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to identify and address psychosocial factors that impact patient care and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong assessment, intervention, and treatment planning skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for providing individual, family, or group therapy sessions, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans for patients and families
  • Conduct individual, family, or group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address psychosocial factors impacting patient care and outcomes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and agencies to support patient needs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and case conferences
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  • Five years of related experience
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in inpatient psychiatric or mental health settings
  • Knowledge of current social work theory and practice
  • Familiarity with community issues and resources
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a multidisciplinary team. The majority of your time will be spent in direct patient care, with some administrative tasks and paperwork required.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a salary, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
