Job DescriptionThis entry-level position offers an incredible opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their careers in a fast-paced corporate environment. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in fostering the seamless operation of our office. Under the mentorship of the Operations Team Lead, you will engage in diverse tasks that enhance both our internal and client-facing operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Client Interaction: Welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly experience.
- Data Management: Maintain and update client and prospect information in our CRM system accurately.
- Documentation: Prepare and process new account paperwork, ensuring compliance and completeness.
- Operational Support: Assist in daily office operations, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Project Assistance: Collaborate with the operations team on special projects, including research, data analysis, and strategic initiatives.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and execute company events and employee engagement activities.
- Office Maintenance: Manage office supplies, keep common areas organized, and liaise with vendors as necessary.
- Learning & Development: Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and advance within the organization.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, operations, or administrative roles is beneficial; relevant school or internship experience will also be valued.
- Attitude: A client-first mindset with a strong desire to contribute positively to the team.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
