Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiological Imaging Specialist to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Health.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will have experience in nuclear medicine procedures and be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-N) or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (CNMT).

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality nuclear medicine procedures, PET, and theranostic procedures according to exam protocols in a timely manner.
  • Safeguard patients, team members, and themselves by adhering to all radiation safety requirements, policies, protocols, and techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, nursing partners, physicians, and emergency response teams as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiological Sciences or related field.
  • Current certification as ARRT-N Nuclear Medicine Tech or CNMT Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
  • Ability to work independently without routine oversight and maintain a calm and helpful attitude under stress.
  • General computer skills, including Microsoft Office, electronic medical documentation, and email.
