We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MRI Imaging Director to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing imaging services that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Job Summary

The Senior MRI Imaging Director is accountable for managing multiple imaging modalities, including CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, MRI, and Diagnostic Services. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, operations, and compliance with The Joint Commission standards.

You will work closely with our Radiology team to develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure adherence to organizational vision, mission, values, and goals. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve patient complaints, monitor staffing patterns, and prepare and modify work schedules as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and implement imaging services that meet the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Manage multiple imaging modalities, including CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, MRI, and Diagnostic Services
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
  • Investigate and resolve patient complaints and concerns
  • Monitor staffing patterns and prepare and modify work schedules as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in imaging management or a related field
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, business, or a related field)
  • Certification in MRI technology (e.g., ARRT-MR) and leadership (e.g., American Reg MRI Tech)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $120,000 and $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.
