About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Specialist to join our team of healthcare professionals at Kaiser Permanente. In this role, you will work collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient physical therapy setting.

Responsibilities
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with a wide range of physical therapy needs.
  • Clinical Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology to assess patients and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
  • A valid Physical Therapist License (Washington) and Physical Therapist License (Oregon).
  • Basic Life Support certification within 2 months of hire.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions

This position requires split-time on-call rotations between Tualatin and Sunnyside outpatient clinics. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $95,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
