Job Summary
The Patient Care Associate works closely with our licensed nurses to provide high-quality patient care and support. This role involves assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring their safety and comfort, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families. Responsibilities
- Assist patients with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help patients with mobility and transfers
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Participate in shift reports and communicate effectively with nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Requirements
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure patient safety and respond to medical needs
