Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize email campaigns to create custom experiences for customers and prospects.
  • Create automated marketing workflows for sales and customer service teams to enhance lead nurturing and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for strategic improvements.
  • Design audience segmentation strategies to support targeted campaigns and customer activation programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation and EMP technologies, specifically with Adobe Marketo.
  • Strong expertise in email marketing, lead nurturing, and scoring, including segmentation and custom HTML creation.
  • Experience managing email operations, QA testing, and troubleshooting deliverability issues.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on relevant education, qualifications, certifications, and experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) plans for eligible employees.
