Job Summary

As an Asset Protection Detective at Macy's Inc., you will play a critical role in protecting the company's assets and ensuring a safe shopping environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and detect shoplifting and dishonest employee activity
  • Recover stolen merchandise and apprehend shoplifters and other individuals who commit fraud or other criminal acts against the company
  • Conduct thorough investigations of criminal violations against customers or associates on company premises
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent observational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
