About the Role

The Vice President of Finance at American Games and International Gamco will be responsible for leading our financial operations and ensuring that our charitable gaming businesses remain financially healthy.

This is a high-profile role that requires a seasoned leader with extensive experience in finance and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA certification, and 10+ years of experience in finance, preferably in production management, operations, procurement, and supply chain management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead the accounting, reporting, and analysis of our charitable gaming businesses.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial statements on a monthly basis.
  • Liaise with Corporate Head Office on all financial issues, including financial reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • CPA or equivalent.
  • Significant and diverse leadership experience (10+ years of finance experience).
  • Successful experience with complex ERP system selection and implementation.

Total Compensation:

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits, employee assistance program, tuition reimbursement, generous paid time off, 401k with company match, profit sharing, and unlimited referral bonus earning potential.
