Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $475,000-$500,000 per year, plus benefits including free medical and dental coverage, retirement plans, generous time off, bonus potential, and more.

Job Description

This is an employed model practice offering a high volume of referrals from the community. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work autonomously with a supportive leadership team and appreciative patients. They will also enjoy flexible scheduling and a wide variety of cases and patients of all ages.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care:
  • Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.
  • Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Provide clear and concise medical information.
  • Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
Qualifications
  • A valid and unrestricted California medical license
  • Board eligible or board certified in otolaryngology (ENT)
  • Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
  • This position is eligible for H1B Visa sponsorship
