Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will provide support to participants with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and mobility assistance. You will also assist with developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination. A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance are also required.
