Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at ABB. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing goods from internal and external suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Release purchase requisitions and initiate purchase orders in the system, aligning them with customer requirements and company policies.
- Monitor suppliers' order acknowledgments and dispatch advice, as well as inbound freight, customs clearance, and local transportation processes.
- Track purchase orders backlog and perform regular expending activities with internal and external suppliers to ensure customer on-time delivery.
- Minimize late backlog by proactively identifying root causes and implementing recovery plans.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Supply Chain, preferably in electrical manufacturing industry.
- SAP experience required.
