We are seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Director to spearhead operational excellence and drive growth at OmniSource Marketing. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team of innovators who thrive on challenging the status quo and pushing boundaries to achieve ambitious goals.
About the Role:
As our Senior Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing operational systems, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives, and instilling a culture of accountability and results across all departments. You will lead by example, inspiring our talented teams to achieve new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee operational systems, driving efficiency and meeting deadlines while streamlining project management, customer care, and fulfillment processes.
- Customer Care Obsession: Ensure seamless and positive client experiences from start to finish, enhancing order entry, processing, follow-up, and overall customer care processes.
- Strategic Partnership: Work closely with our CEO as a trusted advisor, thought leader in executing our strategic vision, and champion for leveraging technology and automation.
- Technology-Driven Operations: Identify opportunities for tech-driven improvements in Customer Care, Project Management, and Fulfillment Operations, ensuring optimized workflows.
- Culture Building: Foster a culture of can-do attitude where we celebrate wins and learn from mistakes, empowering teams to take ownership and deliver exceptional results.
- Team Galvanization: Motivate and rally people around a shared vision, building momentum and inspiring action, ensuring everyone understands their role in achieving our strategic goals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven Track Record: 10+ years of senior operational leadership experience, ideally in a company with similar operational complexity and customer base.
- Exceptional Leadership: Proven ability to build strong relationships, inspire trust, develop future leaders, and hold people accountable for delivering results.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Lead with data, using metrics and insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Adept at Navigating Change: Thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and challenges.
- Mission Alignment: Believe in our mission of treating all stakeholders with respect and integrity.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Full-Time Position: Onsite with flexible/hybrid schedule.
- Hiring Range: $100,000 - $150,000 with bonus opportunity.
