Job Description

A career opportunity exists for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Strategic Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients.

The estimated salary range for this position is $18-$21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Repair, test, image, and clean PC's, laptops, monitors, printers, and other related hardware.
  • Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot software and computer peripherals.
  • Setup, configure, and add all hardware.
  • Experience with asset management, including install, move, add, and change.
  • Large IMAC events expected for client printer migration and PC refreshes.
  • Ensure that all tickets requiring follow-up work and/or calls receive appropriate attention.
  • Comfortable with face-to-face interactions to provide technical support to end-users in-person at the customer's site.
  • Back up and burn end-user data.
  • Assist in developing and documenting improvements to current processes.
  • Assist other coworkers in resolving end-users' technical issues across the program.
  • Assist Site Leader in executing established processes and escalations.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Experience working in an enterprise environment.
  • Be physically able to lift up to 40lbs, bend, crawl, and lay to support customer computer systems.
  • Be able to be on feet and physically walk potentially a good portion of the day while visiting customers' work area.
