Starbucks Barista

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Barista. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Prepare and serve beverages to customers, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cafe area and surrounding spaces
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
