Job Title: Student Wellness Advocate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Wellness Advocate to join our team at Elizabethtown College. The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Director of Health Promotion to develop and implement health and wellness programs for the college community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage The WELL and promote the Bowers Center for Sports, Fitness & Well-being
  • Assist with campus-wide events, such as Accepted Students' Day and orientation
  • Support the efforts of health and wellness services on campus
  • Attend bi-weekly staff meetings and wellness programs on campus
  • Model healthy behaviors and promote a positive campus culture

Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good standing with Elizabethtown College

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in health and wellness
  • Excellent customer service skills

Work Schedule: 6-10 hours per week

Salary: $10.25-$11.00 per hour
