We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at Daniel Samadi MD PC in Paramus, NJ. Job Summary
  • Prepare patients for examinations by obtaining vital signs and patient history.
  • Maintain examination and treatment areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist with procedures and treatments, adhering to strict sterilization techniques.
  • Perform administrative duties, including answering phones, making appointments, and maintaining accurate medical records.

This role requires excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required, and experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred but not necessary. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to doctors during examinations and procedures.
  • Gather and prepare pathology and lab samples for analysis.
  • Help patients prepare for examinations, ensuring they are comfortable and informed.
  • Take detailed notes of doctor-patient instructions and document all interactions.
  • Respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document medical instructions given to patients and educate them on their care.
  • Assist physicians during surgeries and procedures, maintaining focus and attention to detail.
