About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team at Interim HealthCare Inc. As a Hospice RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals and their families during their most critical moments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Completing initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical status and psychosocial needs
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with the IDG, patient, and physician
Requirements

To be successful as a Hospice RN, you should have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited Registered Nurse program
  • An active, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina or a compact multi-state license
  • Twelve months of accumulated experience as a registered nurse within the last five years
  • One year of hospice care experience preferred
