Financial Administrator for Family Office

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at VIP Tech. This role will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative needs of our family office, which includes several business entities, trusts, and individuals.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Perform bookkeeping duties, such as recording transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and filing taxes.
- Filing and Supply Management: Maintain and update the filing and supply management system for the family office.
- Tenant Correspondence: Assist with tenant correspondence, including sending invoices, collecting rent, and addressing issues.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the family office director and other family members, including answering phone calls, emails, and letters, preparing documents, and running errands.
- A minimum of a college degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- At least three years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a family office or a similar setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Quick Books.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
