We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse and Distribution Operations Manager to join our team at Campbell Soup Company. This is a full-time, salaried position that offers a competitive salary range of $84,300-$121,200, depending on location and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate the activities of the Warehouse and Distribution departments, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our facilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Supervise a team of approximately 100 salaried and hourly associates, providing training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement process improvements.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure the department's goals are met.
- 5+ years of management/supervisory/planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's or M.S. degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA preferred.
- Experience in food manufacturing/consumer product industry.
- Cross-functional operations experience with a proven track record of delivering successful business results.
- Strong training/facilitation skills and computer proficiency in Windows-based software applications.
