The Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled Healthcare Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you'll be responsible for ensuring a truly exceptional in-office patient experience. Your role will involve removing barriers to care, providing support to patients and teammates, and serving as the first point of contact for patient feedback.
You'll work closely with our Leads, Office Manager, and in-office providers to ensure the smooth operation of our offices. With multiple locations to support, you'll be a strong team player who uses your innovative problem-solving skills to tackle various tasks and challenges. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with patients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use impeccable communication skills to ensure a positive in-office experience for patients.
- Perform front-of-house duties, including check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and task completion.
- Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, and participating in problem-solving exercises.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in our technology suite, including Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and our Electronic Medical Record System.
- Perform opening and closing duties, daily office upkeep, and maintain the look and feel of both patient and employee-facing spaces.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in high-touch customer or patient-facing roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working on collaborative, diverse, and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams.
- A proven track record of persisting through change, demonstrating a forward-thinking perspective when under pressure, and consistently stepping up to take action on challenges.
- Proficiency in computer technology, including typing, navigating the internet, and using multiple software systems simultaneously.

This is a full-time role (Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM) based in-person with our team and patients at our office in El Segundo, CA. Office location and schedules are subject to change. Physical demands include mostly sedentary work duties requiring exertion of up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or small amounts of force frequently. Sedentary work typically involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
