About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Brothers That Just Do Gutters - Huntington. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our gutter services to the public, generating quality products for customers, and driving profit for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend all estimates on time and provide professional service to customers.
  • Price new opportunities with prospective customers and effectively sell our services to meet their needs.
  • Provide product differentiation to customers throughout the selling process and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Help jobs stay "happy and under" by visiting sold jobs at least once to maintain relationships with customers and crew.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up procedures on all open bids and strive to achieve a closing rate of at least 50%.
  • Develop a well-thought-out prospecting plan to generate leads for the company and participate in networking groups to establish business relationships.
  • Maintain an organized workflow and process using our company CRM and set and achieve goals for sales volumes, closing rates, and gross profits.

  • Previous sales experience and a strong desire to play an active role within a dynamic, competitive team.
  • Deadline-focused and results-driven with strong people and communication skills.
  • Interested in professional achievement and further development, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Tech-savvy and able to maintain a high level of organization and productivity.
