Job Title: Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Primoris Services Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple crews and jobs simultaneously, ensuring seamless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage crew paperwork, billing, and emergency coordination with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with Manager and Director to handle job bids, emergency situations, employee issues, and proper paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding job progress and expectations.
  • Inspect work areas to determine project requirements and materials/equipment needs.
  • Coordinate locates and work with utility company locators to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Direct workers in projects related to underground/aerial construction, training them in equipment operation as needed.
  • Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Understand and execute project scope of work, interpreting job orders and assigning duties to team members.
  • Initiate purchase orders for parts and machines, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Understand and follow traffic control procedures to ensure safe project execution.
  • Conduct regular inspections of crew vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
  • Suggest changes in working conditions and equipment use to increase work crew efficiency.
  • Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving issues.
  • Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
  • Maintain accurate time and production records.
  • Operate and maintain PM repairs on equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Assist crew leaders and all employees as needed, providing support in emergency situations.
Requirements:
  • Competent Person Training
  • Valid current Driver's License
  • PR Certification
  • Confined Space Training
  • Proficiency in Excel, Email, and various software as needed
