About the Role:

FC Cincinnati is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the Soccer Operations department in day-to-day needs with the FCC First Team, Second Team, and Player Welfare Department. As a key member of our team, you will have access to see how a sports organization works as a business entity, build relationships with individuals at all levels across FC Cincinnati, and gain valuable experience in the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general daily administration of FC Cincinnati's First Team, Second Team, and Player Welfare
  • Support athletes and technical staff with relocation needs
  • Coordinate player/trialist transportation and accommodations
  • Contribute to planning logistics for away trips
  • Work home matches (nights/weekends)
  • Participate in game day preparation and execution

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree program in Business or Sport Management (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours, including weekends and holidays
