About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Grant Thornton. As a key member of our national sales team, you will play a critical role in strategically building our client base across various industries and regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our relationships with key clients and vendors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM/CPM services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision makers at target accounts, including Oracle, Infor, and Workday.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying your knowledge to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of senior-level sales experience in a business-to-business or service industry.
  • Proven track record of success in consulting and/or professional services sales, with a strong understanding of ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM/CPM services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
