Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our moving center in the General Manager's absence. As an Assistant Moving Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for allocating resources effectively, managing team members, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Run daily operations of the moving center, making moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources efficiently.
- Manage and assign team members to guarantee excellent customer service and high-quality care.
- Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University.
- Perform miscellaneous duties, such as installing hitches and brake controllers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
- Leadership experience in any form.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts.
$43,000 - $53,000 per year, based on location and experience.
