We are seeking an exceptional Leasing Consultant to join our team at Green on 4th, a vibrant apartment community in Minneapolis, MN.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-oriented professional to thrive in a dynamic environment. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing and marketing our apartments, building strong relationships with residents, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet prospects and provide exceptional customer service, addressing their questions and paperwork needs.
  • Tour properties and showcase available apartments/models, highlighting the best features of our community.
  • Update apartment availability reports and process lease documents, including renewals and other related paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate records of monthly commission sheets for bonus payments.
  • Listen attentively to resident requests, complaints, and feedback, collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues promptly.
  • Contribute to planning and hosting engaging resident events and activities, promoting a sense of community.
  • Participate in obtaining and distributing marketing materials, helping to drive business growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college-level education preferred.
  • At least 1+ year of experience in a sales-oriented position, preferably with 6+ months of on-site leasing experience or a combination of customer service and sales skills.
  • Superior sales abilities and strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with YARDI software, if possible.
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations.
