Estimated Salary Range:$45,000 - $55,000 per year

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Behavioral Health Technician, Child Crisis. As a key member of our crisis program, you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals and families in a safe and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to clients in a manner that ensures their safety, dignity, and well-being.
  • Carry out functions that contribute to the effectiveness and safety of the unit, including crisis intervention, vital sign monitoring, and inventory management.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures, as well as state and federal statutes and regulations related to specific program areas.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other team members to ensure a safe and supportive environment consistent with recovery concepts and person-centered planning.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates with experience working with children and adolescents with mental health diagnoses and/or substance use disorders. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a valid driver's license is necessary for travel between locations. This position requires flexibility, compassion, and strong communication skills.
