Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Active Staffing Services.

This role involves coordinating incoming deliveries, verifying shipments, and ensuring timely processing of paperwork. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling orders from the freezer section and interacting with staff to resolve discrepancies.

• Verify case count and inspect products for differing characteristics.
• Calculate pallet counts and unload containers by lot codes and dates.
• Use Zebra printers and RF scanners efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and document errors professionally.

• Able to lift 40-50 pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Bilingual (English preferred) and ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System.

This is a non-office role operating in a dry storage area, cooler, and freezer with temperatures between -35°F to +35°F. Candidate must be able to multitask and adapt to high-traffic corridors.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
